From Virtual Norwood
Upper Norwood Joint Library, Westow Hill
Membership of the
Upper Norwood Joint Library is free. You will need to bring something official as proof of your address (not a driving licence) and also something with your signature on, such as a credit card. Then you can join on the spot!
If you are under 16 you will need to have a parent or guardian with you. Or alternatively, take a membership form and card home, so that a parent or guardian can complete the form and sign the card on your behalf. Then bring them back with proof of name and address of your parent or guardian (such as a gas bill).
