Straddles Fox Hill and Belvedere Road on the brow of the hill. It forms part of the conservation area and it's houses on the south east side offer great views over the North Downs, particularly on the higher levels. It also contains a modern block (Kendall Court) which although sound in construction isnt really in keeping with the rest of the area. Also to note its approximately 57 seconds walk to the Alma and 1 minute and 7 seconds walk to the White Hart, although the latter is subject to traffic!
