South London Theatre

The South London Theatre is a large, well-established, repertory-style non-professional theatre based in West Norwood. Founded in 1967 in an old Victorian fire station, the theatre aims to produce 22 shows each year. All aspects of each production are run by the members themselves, so there is plenty of opportunity for everyone, not just on the stage, but behind the scenes, learning about lighting, sound, stage management and directing.

As well as the shows there is a lively social scene focused around the theatres bar.

New members night every Wednesday at 8pm, where you can learn more about the theatre and depending on the limitations given by the show that is running, have a look around.
