Seymour Villas is an interesting mix of old and new. The first half of the street comprises a mix of town houses on the right hand side of the road, and modern council apartments on the left. Follow the round around the bend and you come to the old: the pretty period terraces on Seymour Terrace, and the Grade II listed red and white Victorian mansion block of Ellesmere Court slightly further along on the right. Seymour Villas is located perfectly for Anerley Station, and runs adjacent to and behind Betts (Anerley) Park.
