Oakwood Drive

Oakwood Drive is a road which runs along and through the top of the Central Hill estate, parallel to Central Hill.

It can be accessed by cars only from one end (turning off Roman Rise), and is mainly made up of a succession of car parks belonging to the blocks of flats which make up the upper part of the Central Hill estate.

The furthest end of Oakwood Drive is a pedestrians-only pathway through the estate, emerging next to the police station on central hill.

As it is a no-through road, there is very little traffic on Oakwood drive - only the cars of residents of the estate driving into their parking spaces.
