Kingslyn Crescent

Kingslyn Crescent is one of the nicest streets I have ever known! I actually live on Grange Road but my back gate comes out onto the Crescent and I have spent many happy hours playing out there with the other kids! It is so friendly and there are always children playing out in the street. The whole street know each other and we are regularly holding parties (New year, Christmas, etc) and of course we all have a brilliant time! If there is a problem, then everybody else will rally round to help (ie when our car broke down or when my brother when into hospital) and the street itself is just as brilliant as the people who live there! It is just a short walk to the 468, 196 and 249 bus routes and there is a newsagent, dentist, chemists, cafe and charity shop (to name but a few) just up some steps half way round the Crescent. The houses are all 1930/1940's and the street has many large trees in it. The only disadvantage is that a few of the houses have a large number of steep steps leading up to them due to the fact that we live on a hill! All in all, Kingslyn Crescent is a great place to live and I love it here!
